Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MOQller, Inc. (”MOQller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, register your interest, upload an inventory file, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information, including your name, company, business email address, phone number, and participant role.
  • Registration and submission information, including notes, messages, inventory spreadsheets, file names, and related file metadata that you choose to provide.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security events received by our hosting, storage, and security providers.
  • Preference information, including the first name and marketplace role stored temporarily in your browser session when you personalize the website.

Please do not submit government identifiers, payment credentials, health information, or other sensitive or regulated personal information through the website or in an inventory file.

2. How we use information

  • Process registrations, review inventory submissions, and respond to messages.
  • Communicate about the MOQller marketplace, launch plans, and services you request.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
  • Detect misuse, fraud, malicious files, or other security risks.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect MOQller, our users, and others.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the website, store submissions, deliver email, maintain security, and operate our business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or permission.

MOQller does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Inventory files

Inventory files are stored in private storage and may also be attached to the internal registration email sent to the MOQller customer-service team. We use submitted files to evaluate inventory, respond to your request, and prepare for marketplace services. Only upload information that you are authorized to provide.

5. Browser storage and similar technologies

The current website uses browser session storage to remember the first name and role you choose for personalization. That information is designed to clear when your browser session ends, and you can remove it sooner by selecting “Forget my information” in the website footer. Our service providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for hosting, security, and reliable site operation.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing customer.service@moqller.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

California residents

Where applicable, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent, subject to appropriate verification. Because MOQller does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.

8. Children, third-party services, and international visitors

The website is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ policies. If you use the website outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, marketplace, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another appropriate channel.
